How Funds are used
By being a player of our Weekly Winners Lottery you are making a huge difference to the lives of children with cancer and their families. All donations that we receive fund vital research that are looking into what causes childhood cancer as well as finding less harmful treatments that will prevent side effects. By taking part you are also aiding several welfare programmes that will offer much needed support to children and their families during hospital visits and after they have rung their end of treatment bell.
The prizes are funded by the income we receive from people taking part in the Children with Cancer UK's Weekly Winners Lottery. This makes up a very small part of the total income raised each week ensuring that every weekly lottery entry will make a difference. For every £1 donated, we raise over £5 more.
Winners cheques are issues within 14 days of the draw and sent by first class post to the address the lottery numbers are registered to.
