Every time you play, you’re helping a child like Bella-Rose fight cancer
Bella-Rose was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia when she was just three years old. It broke me to the soul, and tore all our lives apart.
After a year of promising treatment, she had a terrible relapse. She got infections and sepsis, and then developed a rare life-threatening disease that meant she needed to go to America for urgent treatment.
Since then, she’s had a bone marrow transplant and her outlook has improved greatly. Her resilience and determination amaze me every day.
